Very fun! Comfortable and fun activities. Smaller sized Waterpark but prefer this so I can monitor/find my child more easily. Great weekend getaway with Grandma!

Lake Geneva Water park was very fun for kids and staff was very friendly. Ice cream is good there and so are the suites. The second story is so unique in a hotel, something I’ve never seen. The arcade is fun but expensive and so is mini bowling. They only have 2 slides tho.

Overpriced and overrated Overpriced and overrated. Check in today 10:30. They made us pay additional $50 for early check in if we wanted to use the Waterpark because you can’t otherwise. Which is loosing the point of the trip with a 3 year old. After she agreed to pay the extra they give us a Waterpark wristband. The air in the Waterpark hurt your eyes, there only one tiny spot for a 3 year old with one slide where she went underwater and got scared, didn’t want to go in the water after that. The room is clean but far away to walk to. We visited Grand Geneva many times and loved our experience there, but Timber Ridge is not worth the trip or money. Can’t recommend and not going to return.

We Won't Be Back Timber Ridge Lodge and Waterpark is not our typical indoor waterpark. We chose them because numerous articles stated they are one of the “best indoor waterparks in WI”, and with its connection with Grand Geneva Resort, we figured we couldn’t go wrong. Unfortunately, Timber Ridge Lodge Waterpark was a HUGE disappointment. Let’s start with the GOOD, the majority of employees we came into contact with were very friendly. Second, the fried pickles at Moose & Maple, and the churros at Hungry Moose were very delicious. Third, supposedly the waterpark has recently been updated. Now for the NOT GOOD, Timber Ridge Lodge and Waterpark feels like where the castaways of Grand Geneva Resort are sent. The vast majority of this establishment looks and feels rundown, and this couldn’t be more true than in the (2) two-bedroom suites we stayed in. The two-bedroom suites are narrow which doesn’t make them conducive for “sleeps 7”. They are difficult for six people to move around in let alone sleep. The “full kitchen” does not have an oven. The loft has a private bathroom with a large skylight window above the bed. One of our room’s skylights was covered with a red film to cut out the light, but it just made the room red, which gave the impression of waking up in hell. The worst part was all 12 of us, children included, thought the beds were insanely, ouch my back hurts, uncomfortable. The waterpark is quite small and better suited for small people. The lazy river is extremely shallow with areas 1.9’ deep. There are two water slides, one you use with a tube and the other without. The areas around the water weren't clean. The water itself was freezing and the air temperature was stiflingly hot. The water had so much chlorine in it that it bleached out some of our swimsuits, and some of the kid’s skin was red and irritated after swimming. Other things to note about Timber Ridge Lodge and Waterpark, they have a small arcade and four lanes of duck pin bowling that you pay for with arcade credits, which is pricey. They have one small restaurant/bar, Moose & Maple with a decent-sized menu. They also have Hungry Moose which is an a la carte snack bar that you can only access through the waterpark. You can additionally purchase early check-in, late check-out, rollaway beds (which came with no pillow or blankets), and a cabana in the waterpark area. Overall, we arrived and left disappointed with this “best indoor waterpark in WI”. We’ve been to much better WI indoor waterparks and will be returning to them. We won’t be returning to Timber Ridge Lodge and Waterpark.
